Where do we start on such a matter as death?
America is absolutely inundated with death. We are now a culture that promotes and supports the most vile —no — abominable murders in the history of humanity. Namely the slaughtering of the unborn. Now even the new born.
I do not have the heart nor the stomach to give you all the details. If you wish to deep dive into such a deplorable mire of despond your basic Google search of the latest headlines should do the trick. Thoughts of the wicked are no longer held captive in their minds, but displayed for all to behold. Truly what we see today is a watermark of depravity. The highlights include: the standard abortion (whatever that is), mid term abortions, late term abortions, parts harvesting, and now even infanticide advocation.
I have for some time been wondering if I should post anything on this. It pains me so much to even consider the dismantling of an unborn child in the very womb of their mother. Not even the physical place nearest the heart is safe for our American children. Sad. Abortion should be abolished. It should be considered and prosecuted as a criminal act of violence against the infant — because it is just that. An act of violence with extreme prejudice.
A few remarks concerning this whole ordeal are as follows.
1) I am thankful for those who stand on the corners and preach the true Gospel in front of these slaughter houses.
2) I pray for those women who, thinking they are freeing themselves, are heaping up wrath for the great day. My God grant them repentance.
3) I pray for those women who are considering abortion as an option. May the Holy Spirit change their hearts and bring them to a better understanding of what human life really is. May they be turned to love the child within them so to give them life.
4) For the one who has had an abortion, there is still hope. Even now. Repent and believe The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Seek help from the many Christian organizations that make it their mission to help those who are thinking about or who have had an abortion. Christ is long suffering and it pleases Him to save those who come to Him in faith. Seek out a local church for support and loving people to talk to. Your life isn’t over. You can one day see that little one in the presence of God.
5) For those doctors, nurses, Planned Parenthood staff, and politicians who support abortion and infanticide, there is hope for you! Repent and believe The Gospel. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Cast your sins upon Him and call upon Him for salvation. He loves to save sinners! But if you deny Him, His wrath is upon you even now and it would be better for you if you had never been born (Matthew 26:24). Repent and be saved.
There is so much more that can be considered about the subject of abortion, the infatuation of death, and the pontification of toxic feminist rhetoric that seems to fuel the beast. But it is vital to see that God has made man in His image (Genesis 1:26-27; 9:5-6) and He will seek vengeance on those who have shed the blood of the innocent (Proverbs 6:17 ; Romans 12:19). Let us as children of God pray for our enemies, “rescue those who are being taken away to death and hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter” (Proverbs 24:11). May the Lord gain the full reward of His suffering. SDG!
